An established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Kent is seeking a hands-on Systems Integration Engineer to join its growing team.

This position is ideal for a Systems Integration Engineer who enjoys working directly with different business systems and ensuring they connect seamlessly. The role is not focused on software development, but on APIs, workflows, automation, and data mapping to integrate platforms such as CRM, PSA, and Accounting systems.

System Integration Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integrations between Accounting, CRM, PSA and other business applications.
• Use APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to connect systems and streamline workflows.
• Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Support project delivery and contribute to business automation initiatives.

System Integration Engineer Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to workflow automation or integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).
• Experience supporting project delivery or project management would be highly beneficial.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver results.
