French speaking Logistics Coordinator

The Company:

Logistics company with global presence.

Main duties:

Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of products to their designated locations.

The Role:

- Answer customers’ enquiries from both French and English markets

- Add and amend data accurately in system for booking, tracking and billing shipment

- Provide quotations and process orders

- Follow up on quotations, orders and potential business opportunities

- Other general administration and data entry tasks as required

The candidate:

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential

- Previous experience/knowledge in UK logistics

- Strong customer service and organisational skills

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

- IT literate

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
