Location: Rural area near Tonbridge?? Salary: £24,829 per annum + £1,200 complexity payment (pro rata)?? Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week? Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts)?? Driving Licence:Essential – must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles? Sponsorship is NOT available for this role?? About the Role:

• Support individuals with day-to-day activities and community engagement
• Join in on swimming, long walks, and bike rides
• Help with personal care, medication, and meal prep
• Promote independence and positive wellbeing in a supportive environment
• Shifts run from 7am to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday, including mid-day shifts. Flexible patterns available – your availability will be discussed during the recruitment process.

? What You’ll Need:

• Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable due to location and transport responsibilities)
• Willingness to drive on-site vehicles (manual & automatic)
• A caring, hands-on approach and flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
• Previous experience is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided
