Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring the well-being and development of each child. The roles we are recruiting for can be very flexible to your search, whether it is part-time or full time, as well as day to day or long term!

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's development and curiosity.
Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual progress and plan tailored learning experiences.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open and effective communication.
Support children's personal hygiene routines and dietary requirements.
Promote positive behaviour management techniques and encourage social and emotional development.
Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Valid DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing the best possible care for children.
Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
