Business Teacher - Independent School - Salisbury

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and engaging Business Teacher to join a well-regarded independent school in Salisbury. This is a full-time role, starting immediately, and includes a blend of in-person and online teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level or equivalent)
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge learners
Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes and developing real-world business understanding
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental development
Deliver some sessions online, ensuring consistency and quality across both learning environments

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Business at secondary level, ideally including A-Level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education
Confident using digital platforms for online teaching
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
