Role Overview:

As an IT Account Manager, you will be driving client success through a diverse range of IT and Telecom services. You'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled service and support. Your role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering customised solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Please note this is a field based role with the requirement to attend our clients Head Office in Newark twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions align with their business goals
Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our footprint and driving revenue growth
Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions, from project inception to completion
Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that inform our strategic directionWhat We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT account management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving business growth
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including Microsoft Azure, software solutions and licencing, broadband technology and Microsoft Office 365
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and strategically
