JOB TITLE - SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School based in North Bristol.The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and provides ongoing CPD opportunities throughout the academic year. Depending on performance, this role may be extended or could lead to a permanent position.

• Location: North Bristol
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday
• Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day
• Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm

• Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
• A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child-related references is required
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, including:
  • Autism
  • Speech & Language Needs
  • Behavioural or learning needs
• Up-to-date safeguarding training completed within the last year
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Experience within healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
• Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last 24 months
