At PorchLight Real Estate Group, our Marketing Coordinator provides the support, coordination and execution necessary to ensure that our real estate agents have the marketing materials, tools and communications needed to stay on-brand and market their business. An expectation of experience supporting a Marketing team and an exemplary work ethic are required to ensure success in this position. The ideal candidate has a collaborative approach with a passion for growth and development, a keen eye for details, critical-thinking and quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond to evolving company goals, while keeping a level head and positive attitude.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Liaise with PorchLight’s centralized Marketing Department as a main resource to fulfill, print, stock and execute print and digital marketing for agents.
Ensures marketing is presented in a way that is set forth by the Marketing Department.
Coordinates delivery of gift items for agents.
Designs, proofreads and prints suite of brochures.
Supports the coordination of events and meetings.
Represents and is an integral part of the Marketing Department.
Attends department status meetings and reports out marketing updates and/or brings issues to the attention of the department.

Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years experience working within a Marketing and/or Communications department and/or Advertising Agency.
Marketing, Journalism or Communications Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
Customer service attitude a must.
A keen eye for details, including writing, proofing and design.
Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite tools for production design (InDesign is a must).
Experience working in a project management tool, such as Asana for project management desired.
Comfortable and savvy with data, spreadsheets and social media.
