Leading from the front, oozing passion & enthusiasm towards English!

The Head Teacher is keen to find an enthusiast who can take the Schools English curriculum & department to the next level. You'll be given full support from SLT while the freedom to make changes where needed.

You'll be joining a School with a HUGE list of achievements over the past 10 years, while being surrounded by peers who generally want to make a difference daily. There's no pointless / outdated teaching or marking methods - EVERYTHING makes sense.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must have high standards for yourself & colleagues
Proven record of outstanding teaching
Real passion towards English
Willingness to lead from the front
Must have UK QTS
Graded "Outstanding" or "Good" in recent lesson observations
