My client and award winning Hotel and Spa are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work with our excellent kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef in the succesful running of their busy kitchen in Falmouth.
Previous relevant experience in a 4* hotel and within at least a 1 Rosette kitchen is a must, as service and quality is paramount for them.
This a full time contract of 48 hours per week (worked over 5 days), which will include weekends asnd bank holidays.
