What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment
• Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
• Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A calm, adaptable approach to classroom management
• Experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
• A genuine interest in education and student development
