TSR Legal is working with a well-established and respected law firm in Hereford that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team. The Role
You will be responsible for handling a range of residential property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Shared ownership, new build, and unregistered property
Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release
Right to buy and lease extensions
Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Maintaining high levels of client care and communication
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC)
Have at least 5 years' experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload
Be confident working independently and using case management systems
Show excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Be professional, approachable, and client-focused
