Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods as a Panel Beater
Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels efficiently
Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
utilise welding and panel beating techniques as required
Work effectively to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earning potential
Maintain a clean, organised workshop environment
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulationsRequirements:

Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
Proven previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
Strong knowledge of repair techniques and vehicle body alignment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Motivated to work efficiently and maximise bonus opportunities
