The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a strong engineering team working on complex backend systems, with a heavy focus on AWS and distributed architecture.

The Role

• Design, build and scale backend services in a cloud-native AWS environment
• Develop distributed systems handling high volumes of data and transactions
• Work across the full development lifecycle, from design to production
• Improve performance, scalability and reliability of core systems
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and product teams
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions

Tech Stack

AWS * Kubernetes * Docker * Microservices * Event-driven systems * CI/CD

Requirements

• Experience building backend systems (Go, Java, Python, C# or similar)
• Strong AWS / cloud experience
• Experience with scalable or data-intensive systems
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience working in modern engineering environments
