Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Handyman to begin work for a well-established company in the Home Counties / South East area, based out of UB9.

About the role:

* Working Hours - On site to start work between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

* Pay Rate - £16.50 - £19.50 per hour, dependent on experience

You will be working as part of the Building & Contracts Team, providing hands-on multi-trade support across projects. Duties will include:

* 2nd fix carpentry

* Tiling works

* Plastering and patch repairs

* Decoration and finishing works

* Snagging and remedial works

* General maintenance and project support

* Assisting with project work and providing cover for other team members when required

* Supporting the Building Supervisor, Construction Director and Contracts Team as needed

* Maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients

* Working efficiently, safely and to a high standard at all times

* Long-term work for the right candidate, with potential for a permanent role

* Start: ASAP

About You:

* High work ethic and a strong team player

* Punctual, reliable and professional

* You must be a time-served/qualified Handyman / Multi Trader

* CSCS

* Full UK driving licence with own vehicle

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Confident computer user (Word, Excel, email, etc.)

* Skilled in carpentry, tiling, plastering and decoration

* Must be willing to wear PPE

* Operating Area: Home Counties / South East
