Production Operator - Morning Shift

Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm
£12.21 per hour (rising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April)

JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operators for a well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Ammanford area. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a consistent morning shift, with the potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role

Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced to a high standard.

Duties may include:

• Operating machinery and production equipment

• Assembling products and components

• Quality checking finished products

• Packing and preparing goods for dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable

• Good attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Good communication skills
