We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivery of high quality retirement builds across the South. Due to a new site starting they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a new build £15m care home. The site is based in West Sussex and the office in Southampton, the desired candidate will need to able to commute to both regularly so anyone around the Portsmouth area or a commutable distance would be ideal.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying biased degree

*

At least 5 year's experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor running a JCT Contracting schemes up to £15m in value.
