Package Overview- Project Manager (Data Systems, Security Systems & IRS)

* Basic salary of £35,000 to £45,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications, negotiable)

* Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone provided

* Full-time, permanent

* Hours of work- Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

* Experience with all of the following is preferred (Data Systems, Security Systems & IRS)

* Epping Area, multiple sites within the M25

Our client, a market leader in their sector are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing multiple sites based within the M25 Corridor for one of their clients.

This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.

The successful candidate for this role will need to be able to manage a multi-disciplined site from beginning to end with the following disciplines- Data systems (Cat5-Cat6 Cabling and terminating), Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry) and IRS (TV Systems).

Role and Responsibilities- Project Manager (Data Systems, Security Systems & IRS)

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships

* Manage individual projects and provide end to end solutions for clients by overseeing the surveying, planning and installations at all times

* Allocate jobs to the most appropriate individuals

* Manage the labour and track the progress of the individual projects to ensure the installation and service programs are being delivered to agreed timelines and standards.

* Grasp hold of any opportunities for future work

* Ensure each installation is delivered to a high standard. Your primary focus will be on the quality. All installations should be fully operational and meet the clients' expectations

* Ensure that all projects are carried out with minimal or no mistakes

* Ensure all works are carried out within budget

* Provide Health and Safety documentation including risk assessments and method statements for each installation

Skills and Experience- Project Manager (Data Systems, Security Systems & IRS)

* A full UK driving licence or equivalent is required for this role

* You will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, both written and verbally

* You will need to be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Systems

* You will be happy presenting to others

* You will be able to grasp hold of opportunities

* You will need to be assertive and be able to deal with complex situations.
