We're seeking a driven Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a thriving housing association development comprising 300+ units in a single phase. From pre-plaster to final handover, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining site standards and ensuring quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee works across assigned plots from pre-plaster through to finish

Manage snagging processes using online systems and generate detailed snag lists

Coordinate and book subcontractors, ensuring timely progress

Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Uphold site health and safety and compliance standards at all times

Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualified

Proven experience with a volume housebuilder

Confident using online snagging platforms

A proactive, organised team player with a sharp eye for detail
