Role: Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician

Salary: £40,000 to £43,000 per annum plus training and development opportunities, plus Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Location: Commutable from Bracknell, Reading, Early, Maidenhead, Basingstoke, Newbury and surrounding areas

Company & Role

Whilst you are part of a large and multi site business, this is at one of their smaller factories where the role is varied, fun and enjoyable. We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to work in a small and dedicated engineering team who are responsible for the general maintenance of the plant and its machinery. Working re-actively to issues and breakdowns, fault finding and completing repairs. Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance. Support new CAPEX projects and installations. Help with the on-going improvements in the factory. The role will cover both mechanical and electrical, and either bias levels will be considered. If you are fully mechanical or electrical and keen to grow in becoming a better multi skilled engineer, we want to hear from you as full training will be given.

Requirements

· Background and experience in maintenance or service work or similar

· Worked in a similar role; Maintenance Engineer OR Junior Engineer OR Multi Skilled OR Service

· Qualification in Engineering

· Willingness to learn and develop your skills!

· Have ANY of the following experience; conveyors, packaging, bearings, belts, gearboxes, rollers, 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics etc. – any experience of these will be considered

· Friendly and adaptable working attitude
