Are you a hands-on Site Manager with strong carpentry skills?
We're working on behalf of a leading construction company to recruit an experienced Construction Site Manager for internal refurbishment projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire & beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for a working foreman who is just as confident managing trades as they are working on the tools.

You'll be leading on-site operations while ensuring quality workmanship, health & safety compliance, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations across refurbishment projects;
• Work on the tools (primarily carpentry) as needed;
• Supervise tradespeople and subcontractors;
• Maintain high standards of health & safety;
• Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment;
• Liaise with clients and project teams;
• Keep accurate records site reports, H&S logs, progress updates;
• Monitor project time lines and quality of works.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Working Foreman (refurbishment/fit-out preferred);
• Strong carpentry background & confident on the tools;
• SMSTS (or SSSTS);
• CSCS Card;
• First Aid at Work;
• Full UK Driving Licence + own vehicle;
• Flexible with travel and overnight stays;
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• PASMA or IPAF (desirable);
• Own tools.
