We are looking for a Repairs and Voids Supervisor in London to join a social housing contractor. You will be supervising a team of trades working on a reactive repairs and planned contracts on social housing. The Repairs/Planned Supervisor will receive £24 per hr, company vehicle/ car allowance, phone, uniform on a temporary to permanent basis. Day to day the Repairs Supervisor will be required to:

• Oversee a team of 5 operatives delivering repairs and voids to a housing association in North West London (Mainly in the Maida Vale area)
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard within time frames
• Monitor health and safety standards
• Liaise between operatives, clients and contracts managers
• Manage schedule of works on properties

In return the Repairs & Voids Supervisor will receive:

• £24 per hour
• Company vehicle
• Temp to perm: £40,000- £45,000 dependant on experience
