HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced environment, working within a warehouse handling luxury brands within the Tilbury area.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering excellent service to the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating daily goals and deadlines to team members
• Planning workloads and delegating tasks effectively
• Creating and maintaining a productive and positive working environment
• Assisting in training and developing warehouse staff
• Performing customer service duties, including customer interaction when required
• Sharing business updates and information with the wider team
• Providing hands-on support to ensure daily workloads are completed on time

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team within a warehouse environment or fulfilment operation
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
• Good Level of English

Shift Pattern

This role involves weekend working as part of a rolling shift pattern.

• Shifts: 6am-3pm / 10am-7pm
• Weekends: 2 weekends per month
• Early starts and late finishes required
