We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing specialist brokerage, seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their expanding Trade Credit Insurance team near Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in commercial insurance who's looking to specialise or deepen their expertise in the dynamic world of credit risk and trade finance.

About the Role:

As a key member of the team, you'll support Account Executives in managing client relationships, preparing policy documentation, liaising with insurers, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered across the portfolio. This role offers variety, autonomy, and progression potential within a collaborative and forward-thinking business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business queries
Supporting Account Executives with client servicing and retention
Building relationships with clients and underwriters
Developing your understanding of trade credit insurance solutions
Working toward CII exams - fully funded and supported

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in commercial insurance (credit insurance a bonus, but not essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to learning and personal development
Confidence in working with clients and insurers
Keen interest in specialising in Trade Credit insurance
