All of our learners have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and as a result all have some level of additional need. Main Responsibilities- Responsible for the planning and delivery of Arts Award qualification - this can be visual arts, music, and drama to dance, film, creative writing, and digital media- To deliver and implement teaching and learning practices to raise student standards and progress - To develop and deliver high quality teaching materials and schemes of learning that keep students engaged using creativity, differentiation and extension tasks - Plan effectively to ensure pupils have the opportunity to meet their potential, taking account of the needs of pupils who are underachieving, those that are able and those that are excelling in Art - To meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and in collaboration with the SEND Lead to prepare, implement, monitor and review Individual Educational Packages- To provide a high quality student experience that enables students to succeed beyond their expectations- Promote Inclusion best practice and contribute to the aims and ethos of the college- Working with students from Pre-Entry to Level 2 - Responsible for comprehensive marking and written and verbal feedback for students - Working in conjunction with the Outstanding and Good criteria for OFSTEDWe currently have projects in Telford, Rotherham, Barnsley, London and The Midlands.If you want to work somewhere that values both its staff and its learners, then Really NEET would welcome your application.What to expect from the recruitment process 1.
