Finance Assistant - Oxford - Up to £30,000 - Hybrid working

A developer of high performance software and hardware products is seeking to expand their current team and is looking to add a proactive and skilled Finance Assistant, to support in the fundamental duties of the finance department.

Successful candidates must be happy to work hybrid and will have at least 2 years' experience working in a busy finance role. Knowledge of Vlookups and Pivot Tables is desirable and all applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Excel.

The Role:

Accounts payable - processing, payment, matching, reconciling and handling queries. This will be as required and across the group's subsidiaries.
Accounts receivable - assisting with debt collection
Managing company credit cards - including matching claims to statements
Cash claims - recording expenditure, reimbursements and reconciliations
Electronic filing
Managing cash books and bank reconciliations in multiple currencies
Supporting the Finance team with the month end processes.

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience working in a comparable busy finance role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload with excellent time management
Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce would be desirable.
Excel intermediate skills (Vlookup's/pivots) desirable.
