Design Manager - Luxury Refurbishment | Epsom

A tier 2 contractor require a Design Manager to join the project team on the refurbishment of a luxury retirement home in Surrey.
 
This role is all about keeping the design process organised, coordinated and buildable. You'll be working closely with architects, consultants and the site team to make sure drawings are delivered on time and actually work in the real world (which, as we all know, isn't always guaranteed).
 
What you'll be doing:

Managing and coordinating the design process
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the delivery team
Ensuring design information is issued on programme
Resolving design challenges as the project progresses 
We're looking for someone with Design Manager experience within a main contractor, ideally with refurbishment project experience and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders moving in the same direction.
