My client is the UK’s fastest growing conference company, which in less than 3 years has grown to a team of nearly 20 and has created the largest Women in Tech conference series on the planet, with instalments in London, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Sydney, Dubai and Dublin specialising in diversity events and have extended our reach into the Banking, Law, Construction and Sports industries, both domestically and abroad.
We are growing at roughly 250% year on year and intend to continue this massive growth into the 2019 and beyond. We are a young team of highly-skilled event professionals, with a commitment to customer-centricity, client retention and Product-Market-Fit. We are looking for a Sponsorship Manager with a minimum of 1-2 years sponsorship sales experience to join the team. With the company’s accelerated growth, this is an opportunity for a driven and ambitious sponsorship sales professional to take a great step into an energetic team with the potential of great progression.
Business Development Manager Requirements
ØMaintain a thorough understanding of our products, the industry and the competitors.
ØAbility to build a large book of high level clients.
ØAbility to pitch to senior decision makers from global organisations.
ØMaintain regular contact with clients and formulate how to enhance their experience and expenditure across portfolios and geographies.
ØClosely liaise with the marketing, production and operations teams in order to ensure the delivery of successful customer focused events.
ØIdentify potential customers from competitive media, events and from other business sources.
ØAble to successfully work towards both short and long-term project targets.
ØTrack record of account management.

ØA highly ambitious individual who is looking for a career move.
ØA minimum of 1-2 years sponsorship sales experience.
ØA solid sales process and/or previous sales training.
ØStrong business acumen and commercial awareness.
ØAbility to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels.
ØA desire to develop themselves as a sales professional.
ØExperience of account management is desirable.
