We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a new build residential scheme based in Watford on a short-term freelance basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting completed units, identifying and managing snagging and defects, and working closely with subcontractors to ensure all homes are finished to the highest standard and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed inspections of residential units

* Identify defects and manage snagging lists

* Liaise with subcontractors to drive quality and timely completion

* Ensure all finishes meet company and customer expectations

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential projects

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and uphold high standards

* Strong communication and coordination skills

This is a freelance role for 4-8 weeks, and falls inside IR35
