£112-£130 per day | Full-time | Immediate start (subject to checks)

Dunbar Education are working on behalf of a client to recruit an Education and Welfare Liaison Officer to join a specialist setting in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the education and welfare of young people.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayPay: £112 - £130 per day (dependant on experience)Start date: Immediate (subject to compliance checks)

The Role:

As an Education and Welfare Liaison Officer, you will:

  • Support the education and welfare of young people within a structured learning environment.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and education providers to build positive links for learners.
  • Promote engagement, accessibility, and wellbeing through tailored support strategies.
  • Work closely with internal staff teams to help young people achieve their academic and personal development goals.
  • Provide stability and focus for learners as they prepare for life beyond education.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an education or welfare-based role is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • A proactive and professional approach to supporting young people.
  • Resilience and commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
