An independent consultancy in Manchester is looking for a Project Manager with 1 to 4 years' experience to join their growing team. Specialising in residential and hotel projects, this role offers hands-on project delivery experience and structured career support.

The Project Manager will work on a variety of refurbishment and new build schemes across Greater Manchester, with increasing responsibility as they progress. This is a perfect opportunity for an early-career Project Manager looking to step up in a supportive consultancy environment.

The Project Manager's roleThe Project Manager will assist with managing the full project lifecycle, reporting to senior team members while building their own portfolio of schemes. Responsibilities include contract administration, client meetings, tender evaluations and progress reporting.

The Project Manager

• 1-4 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role

• Sector exposure in residential or hotel builds

• RICS-accredited degree

• Working towards MRICS or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
