Salary: £1300 - £1500/week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Brislington this September. This is a full-time classroom role, teaching a vibrant Reception class, with the possibility of taking on EYFS Lead responsibilities for the right candidate.

The school is looking for a passionate practitioner who understands the importance of a strong start in a child's educational journey and is committed to delivering high-quality early years provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework

Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals

Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their potential

(If EYFS Lead) Lead and develop the EYFS provision across the school, supporting colleagues and driving continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in EYFS, ideally in a Reception setting

A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development

A creative, reflective and child-centered approach to teaching

Excellent communication and organisational skills

(Desirable) Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing into an EYFS leadership role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
