Area Sales Manager

Location: Peterborough
Salary : up to 38,000 (Uncapped Commission)

We're hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead business development across a designated postcode area. You'll be responsible for growing market share through the sale of material handling equipment and related services — identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.

Your Day-to-Day:
Sell a full range of material handling equipment into your assigned territory

Manage your diary and plan activities using our CRM system

Prospect for new business via calls, meetings, and field visits

Own customer accounts - understand their needs and provide end-to-end solutions

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Maintain and update sales pipeline and reports regularly

Complete required training and stay up to date on products and services

What You'll Bring:
Experience in new business sales (field or technical sales ideal)

Strong knowledge of capital or material handling equipment is a plus

Self-motivated, target-driven and career-focused

Full UK driving licence required

Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
