MOT Tester/ Service Technician

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to work for our client who are in Beverley, Hull Bridge.

THE DUTIES:

* Conduct MOT inspections to DVSA standards on commercial cars and vans.

* Use MOT testing equipment correctly, such as brake testers, emissions analysers, beam setters, etc.

* Follow health & safety procedures and always company guidelines.

* Record test results accurately

* Carry out fast-fit tyre fitting, including the use of wheel alignment equipment and making relevant adjustments

* Fit brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical components as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

* Previous experience being a MOT Tester is essential.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* Must be physically fit and able.

* Full Drivers Licence

* Must be able to provide MOT Tester Qualification Certificate

* Be able to show your Annual Assessment Certificate.

THE HOURS:

This is a Perm position.

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm (Alternating Saturdays)

Overtime is paid at x1.5.

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate between £16.75 - £19.75 per hour.
