Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering first-class customer service? Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Theale.
About the RoleIn this fast-paced and customer-centric position, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery across a portfolio of client contracts. Acting as a key liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams, you'll help maintain outstanding operational standards and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily workflows to support timely and efficient service delivery
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally, resolving issues at first point of contact
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), escalating risks when needed
- Produce accurate estimates and quotations for client services
- Manage purchase orders and maintain data in internal systems (CMMS)
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and external suppliers
- Support continuous improvement and best practice across the team
What We're Looking For- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive under pressure
- A flexible team player with high attention to detail
Preferred Background- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Experience managing or working to service level agreements
- Exposure to medical equipment or healthcare settings is advantageous
Qualifications- NVQ Level 1–4 or equivalent in Customer Service (desirable)
- Additional vocational customer service qualifications welcome

- No UK or international travel required
