Day-to-day of the role: - Prepare and cook meals on the grill according to restaurant specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety rules.
- Manage the food prep work and ensure all ingredients are readily available.
- Operate the grill equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the food quality and presentation meet the high standards of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience as a Grill Chef, preferably in a Lebanese or similar cuisine setting.
- Proven ability to work with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
