About the Role:

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll play a key role in delivering a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum to children aged 7-11. You'll work in a nurturing and innovative school environment that values collaboration, high standards, and personal development—both for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and teach engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum

Assess and track pupil progress, using data to tailor teaching to individual needs

Foster a positive classroom culture that supports resilience, independence, and respect

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure pupil success

Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing throughout the school

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or Upper KS1/Lower KS3 experience)

A strong grasp of the KS2 curriculum and a range of effective teaching strategies

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

A reflective, growth-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting children's development
