A respected East Midlands practice with a strong regional footprint and offices including Northampton is seeking a Corporate Tax Advisory Senior Manager to join its growing team. You'll lead on advisory projects while managing complex compliance - a rewarding mix of challenge, autonomy, and growth. Clients range from owner-managed businesses to corporate groups, and your advice will shape key decisions, deliver planning strategies, and support long-term success.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a diverse corporate portfolio with advisory and compliance focus

• Leading tax planning across structuring, shareholder matters, CGT, and IHT

• Overseeing compliance processes and ensuring accurate submissions

• Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

• Mentoring junior team members

• Liaising with HMRC and other key stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)

• Strong technical grounding in UK tax

• Proven ability to manage complex client matters and deliver advisory work

• Commercially astute with leadership potential

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
