HR Administrator - Temporary Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a 3-month temporary contract based in Ascot.

This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant or strong Administrator with exposure to recruitment processes who is looking to develop their experience in a fast-paced HR environment.

As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and recruitment support to the HR team, helping to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Screening CVs and supporting the shortlisting process

*

Booking and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers

*

Acknowledging applications and updating candidates before and after interviews

*

Completing pre-interview compliance checks

*

Conducting reference checks for successful candidates

*

Maintaining accurate electronic and paper HR filing systems

*

Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team

*

Offering occasional reception cover when required

Skills and Experience

Essential

*

Previous experience as an HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant or Administrator

*

Experience supporting recruitment or HR administration processes

*

Excellent organisational and time management skills

*

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

*

High attention to detail and accuracy

*

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

Desirable

*

Previous experience working within HR or recruitment teams
