Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
You will be responsible for all End to End procurement across Indirect spend, including IT, FM and Marketing. The role also focuses on building strong supplier relationships, monitoring market and regulatory changes, and supporting the company's strategic objectives within relevant departments.

This organisation is a leading UK healthcare provider based in Liverpool. who are going through an exciting period of growth who are looking to hire a Strategic Procurement Manager offering hybrid working.
Description
The main responsibility for the Strategic Procurement Manager:
- Develop and execute sourcing across all indirect categories.
- Drive cost analysis and deliver cost-reduction initiatives across indirect categories.
- Conduct scenario-based analysis, benchmarking, and market research.
- Support the development and management of budgets.
- Deliver GNFR procurement savings targets.
- Manage supplier contracts, KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance to relevant standards (ISO, ESOS, CSR, GDP etc.).
- Collaborate across the wider Group to enhance profitability and share market insights.
Profile
A successful Strategic Procurement Manager should have:
- At least 4 years' experience working within indirect procurement, with a strong track record of delivering annual savings targets.
- Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement principles, cost management, risk management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience working in a small team to drive value and improve GNFR performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Highly adaptable, calm under pressure, and capable of anticipating change and generating innovative solutions.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to apply structured strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- CIPS qualified (or working towards)
