We're looking for a Regional Director to join us at Civils & Lintels covering our South & Wales region.
As the role will be supporting a number of our branches across the region, we are flexible on the candidates location, however you need to be able to travel between Westbury, Portsmouth and Bury St Edmunds.

As a member of the C&L Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for focussing on our customer's needs and ensuring your team fulfil our commitments consistently.
Driving operational efficiency and performance of our Civils and Lintels Depots within the South & Wales region you will lead from the front, creating and nurturing a highly motivated and engaged team, who will put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

- Expertly coach and develop your team to get the absolute best from each colleague
- Work with your teams to identify opportunities to improve, develop & grow the business and its profitability
- Create a customer centric, sales driven environment ensuring we deliver amazing service with the highest operating standards from stock availability through to debt management activity.
