We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role offering full autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new market opportunities beyond the traditional automotive sector.

* Identify, target, and develop new customers in sectors such as HVAC, white goods, medical, and electronics

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

* Grow and develop the existing customer base with a proactive and strategic approach

* Understand and promote the company's technical product portfolio

* Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to deliver tailored solutions

* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows where required

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, ideally within manufacturing or industrial products

* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Confidence in developing relationships across all levels of business

Desirable (Not Essential)

* Technical understanding or background in components or engineered products

* Experience working with thread-forming screws, fasteners, or similar product lines

* Exposure to international sales or cross-border business development
