A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Slough is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for a teacher with a strong understanding of early years education and a passion for laying solid learning foundations.

Role Overview:

Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

*

Support children's early development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills

*

Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to support pupil progress

*

Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos

Person Specification:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching in an EYFS setting

*

Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy

*

Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills

*

A caring and reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement
