The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, work with Anglesey and north Wales suppliers to ensure brilliant produce is showcased, out of season do tasting menu nights. They have a pizza oven & large outdoor dining area as well as a bar area and also a restaurant part as well.
