This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA to support across Key Stages and lead learning in a well-resourced, forward-thinking school.

• Support and lead sessions across KS1 and KS2 under teacher guidance

• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy

• Cover whole-class lessons in teacher absence

• Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team

• Join a values-driven primary school with a focus on inclusion and academic progress

• Plan and deliver activities to small groups and whole classes

• Provide high-quality support to pupils with varying abilities

• Support children with additional needs (including EHCPs and SEN support plans)

• Contribute to assessment, feedback, and classroom resource preparation

• Play an active role in the wider school community, clubs, and events

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in a UK primary school, ideally across KS1 and KS2

• Confident in leading learning and managing classroom behaviour

• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting pupils and teachers

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
