HGV Drainage Engineers – No Experience Needed

Locations: Mogden | Slough | Chertsey

Pay: £16.00 – £24.00 per hour

Rota: 4 on, 4 off

Shifts: 12 hours per day

Strive Staffing Solutions are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a leading drainage engineering team across Mogden, Slough, and Chertsey. No previous experience in drainage is required as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a long-term career in a specialist and high-demand industry.

Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve drainage issues for residential and commercial customers
• Operate high-pressure jetting units, drain relining equipment, and other tools
• Attend emergency callouts as part of a responsive team
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (HGV2) license
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
