We are working with a highly regarded, full-service law firm recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, currently seeking an accomplished Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Reading. This key appointment is offered at Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on experience.

The Role
You will manage a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value and complex residential property transactions
- Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
You will also:
- Build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Deliver clear, strategic advice with exceptional client service
- Support growth through business development and networking
- Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to mentoring and training
- Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across departments
What We're Looking For
- 3-8 years' PQE in Residential Property
- Strong track record handling complex and high-value conveyancing matters
- Excellent technical and commercial judgement
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues (or readiness to step into that)
- Comfortable using legal tech and modern case management systems
- A proactive approach to business development and relationship building
