We're looking for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged up to 18.
You'll play a key role in helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards brighter futures.

✅ What You'll Need
To succeed as a Residential Childcare Worker, you'll need:

A Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
*
Experience in a residential childcare or similar setting
*
A positive, nurturing attitude and a sense of fun
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts (including weekends)
*
To be 21 or older (in line with national regulations)
*
A clear Enhanced DBS check
