Key Responsibilities:

* Issue and manage tooling effectively across production departments.

* Conduct first-off inspections in line with operating procedures.

* Identify and report deficiencies related to production methods and tolerances.

* Maintain a safe and organised tooling area under 6S standards.

* Replace and maintain tooling parts as required.

* Ensure continuous tooling availability for production teams.

* Support all departments with tooling requirements.

* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in using measuring equipment, grinding machines, lathes, and milling machines.

* Experience with the heat treatment process.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards.

* Commitment to driving continuous improvement in a production setting
