About the role of a Health & Safety Advisor

Due to expansion my client are looking to strengthen their regulatory team by recruiting a Health and Safety Manager to their team.

The role involves advising, monitoring, and implementing effective health, safety, and compliance practices to safeguard employees, contractors, and residents. This position is crucial for driving health and safety excellence, compliance with legal requirements, and promoting a positive safety culture.

Experience/Qualifications for a Health & Safety Manager

NEBOSH / IOSH certified.
At least 10 years in the counstruction industry.
At least 10 years as a Health and Safety professional.
NEBSOH Construction Certificate or Equivalent.
NEBOSH Construction Diploma or Equivalent.
NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L5 on Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent. SHE Technical Apprenticeship Programme.
